Absolutely horrible!!! They did not show up to my appointment to clean my carpets. I called them to try to and see if they were in route or what was going on. They did not answer or return my phone call. Left a voice mail. It was not returned either. Called the next morning and they said they are sorry but were unwilling to fit me into their schedule for today even after they stood me up yesterday. Corporate is of no help, they tell you each office is independent and there is nothing they can do to help. Stay away from this company. HORRIBLE
Hello. I had 2 areas cleaned in my home by your employee "James" - I reside in Harford County and he did an excellent job. The pet stains and water stains were removed and the areas still look great. I've had the carpet cleaned in my home daycare every year for the past 17 years, and no one has ever done such a great job as Chem-Dry! James was the first person to ever take the time to vacuum before he started. He didn't rush through the process and he did such an excellent job getting out the traffic stains,l that I have decided not to replace my carpet! I would highly recommend this company and especially James to a friend! Thank you so much for doing such a Great Job!!!
Beyond happy every time we've used this company. Past 2 years we request James. He really tries to make miracles happen when you think your carpet can't be saved. We're on house #2 and wouldn't have anyone else take care of our floors but him.
